IBM Watson Customer Engagement Product Marketing-Program Director, IBM
As program director, Henrietta runs product marketing for Watson Marketing customer insights, IBM's AI-powered marketing solutions comprising of Watson Customer Experience Analytics, Watson Marketing Insights and Predictive Customer Intelligence. In this role, she leads marketing, positioning and messaging strategies. She works with both internal and external stakeholders to identify market opportunity, develop and execute global marketing strategy and go-to-market to drive sales. Henrietta's been with IBM for 12 years, where she has held positions in product marketing, product management and software product development.
Prior to joining IBM, Henrietta architected and developed software at FileNet, Symantec and Brio. She holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management and a Masters in Computer Science from University of Southern California, Viterbi School of Engineering.
Outside of her professional life, Henrietta can be found on pool deck where she and her husband cheer their two children on for water polo and swimming.
