Vince leads product strategy for Pega's marketing, AI, and decisioning solutions and has spoken at numerous conferences and written extensively on the subject. As an author, he's currently ranked number 40 (out of more than 2000 authors) on CustomerThink.com and is number 5 in the customer analytics category.
Prior to Pega, he was IBM product management director for omnichannel marketing products, and before that, a Unica professional services practice director, where he led teams and managed Unica implementation projects for large enterprises, working directly with executive sponsors.
Prior to Unica, Vince was with SAS, Rapp Collins/Omnicom, and UPS. He has more than 30 years of experience with marketing technology, strategic planning, and customer analytics, and has helped implement these solutions across a variety of industries.
Vince has a B.S. in Marketing from Georgetown University, an M.S. in Database Systems and Operations Research from the University of Maryland, and is a certified professional direct marketer.
