Alejandro started off as copywriter for the biggest direct marketing company in the country, Columbia House. He went from promoting 12 CDs for a penny in NY to unlimited music on demand for $10/mo in the bay area, for the Spotify-precursor, MOG. He absorbed email marketing program for the music subscription service, which was acquired by Beats, where he defined the CRM roadmap. Beats in turn was acquired by Apple, where he designed and shipped the feature enhancements to their proprietary tool that today allows Apple to personalize emails.
At AEG Presents he leads the CRM team, spanning email operations, product development, and customer data management.
