With over 10 years of experience across Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics and People Analytics in both startup and Fortune 500 high-tech companies, he has guided business leaders with actionable insights via best-in-class dashboards and advanced analytics models. He is passionate about using analytics and insights to drive growth, building things from scratch, solving complex business and technology problems, as well as fostering a data-driven culture.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and a master’s degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from University of Florida.
