I am an Enterprise software executive with 20 years experience in B2B and SaaS/subscription models. I love the complexity of enterprise buyers, navigating the sales cycle and winning big deals. I deliver results by a strong focus on go to market models and spending as much time as possible with the customer both before and after the sale.
I try and balance this art of the deal with carefully architecting the company's reputation-which ultimately leads to valuation. At Lithium, we have built excellent relationships with industry analysts, earning leadership positions in the Gartner MQ, the Forrester Wave and IDC's MarketScape. I love building a B2B brand that reflects the consumer sensibility that our clients are driving with their own customers.
Added to my marketing charter is my GM responsibilities where I drive bookings growth, resource allocation, and go to market execution on a growing and strategic product line for Lithium. This cross functional leadership and accountability is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
