Harper Grubbs is director of Digital Marketing at Heifer International, a nonprofit organization that has empowered more than 25 million people to overcome hunger and poverty. Harper oversees digital strategy at Heifer with a focus on online fundraising. He leads a team that is responsible for website design and development, paid and organic lead generation, conversion rate optimization, content management and web analytics. Harper has more than 20 years experience in analyzing audience behavior and managing the intersection of marketing and technology. He started his career in broadcast and cable television when companies were creating their first digital strategies. He quickly developed a passion for digital media, and he has since applied his expertise to solve marketing challenges across a variety of industries. He has worked in marketing several top brands, including Fox Television, CBS Cable, MTV Networks, Alltel Mobile and Verizon Wireless.
