Due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, we have been forced to cancel MarTech West 2020, April 15-17 in San Jose.
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff; we fully support and agree with the recommendations from the CDC and WHO, and respect the official orders from the Health Officials of Santa Clara County.
So, what’s next? Discover MarTech!
We’re developing a virtual event, Discover MarTech - April 21-23, so you can enjoy a valuable training experience from the comfort and safety of your home or office.
The program will include live keynotes with MarTech Program Chair Scott Brinker and Real Story Group’s Tony Byrne, followed by in-depth educational training sessions from many of the market-defining solution providers who were set to present in San Jose.
If you’re currently registered for MarTech West 2020, we encourage you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have your ticket transferred to MarTech East 2020 (October 6-8 in Boston) or MarTech West 2021 (dates TBD in San Jose). We’d love to see you there.

MarTech will be held April 15-17, 2020.
MarTech will take place at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, 150 W San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95113.
The conference hours are: Wednesday, April 15 - 4:15pm - 7:00pm; Thursday, April 16 - 8:15am - 9:00pm, and Friday, April 17 - 8:15am - 3:30pm. These hours include evening networking - for a complete look at events and times, please see the agenda.
The Expo Hall Hours are Wednesday, April 15 – 5:00pm – 7:00pm, Thursday, April 16 – 10:00am – 6:00pm, and Friday, April 17 – 10:00am – 2:00pm.
The final day to register with savings off on-site rates is April 14. The final day to register and pay on-site rates is April 17, the final day of the conference.

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by fax at (203) 702-5389 or email email@example.com by March 1, 2020. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2020 are non-refundable.
There are no refunds as a result of a riot, strike, civil disorder, act of war, act of God, or any other cause of any kind whatsoever not within the Third Door Media's reasonable control.
You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying firstname.lastname@example.org. Reselling MarTech registrations is not permitted.
We work closely with local hotels to secure special rates for MarTech attendees. To lock in these rates, you must book your hotel through MarTech while registering for the conference.

We recommend business casual attire, but you’re welcome to dress however you feel most comfortable. We do encourage you to dress in layers, as conference room temperatures can fluctuate.
The MarTech Conference is programmed by conference chair Scott Brinker, who has been chronicling the rise of marketing technology and its impact on marketing strategy, management, and culture on his blog, chiefmartec.com, since 2008. He is the creator of the annual marketing technology landscape supergraphic, the industry reference for the evolving vendor categories of the field, and the author of the book Hacking Marketing, a guide to marketing management in a software-driven world.
Scott and MarTech Advisory Board review hundreds of session proposals and carefully craft a program of leading speakers, sharing real-world experiences and expert analysis on the most timely and important topics in marketing technology. This process is managed completely independently from sponsorship and exhibit opportunities.

MarTech is open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.
Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
By registering for a MarTech event, you agree to receive email notifications about future MarTech events and other Third Door Media products and services. Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to use all/any photographs, video, and audio recordings of any MarTech Conference attendee in promotional materials. Third Door Media, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any MarTech participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
A letter of invitation will be issued to fully paid and registered All Access pass holders. A letter of invitation does not guarantee that a visa will be issued. Visa officers assess you to decide whether you meet the terms of their country’s immigration law. In the event that the attendee’s visa application is denied, a full refund will be issued to the attendee. Third Door Media does not assume any legal responsibility for the visitor once they arrive at the intended destination.
Third Door Media is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants, speakers, exhibitors or employees in any form at our event or official activities. Suggestive and inappropriate sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. Anyone violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Anyone asked to stop any harassing behavior is expected to do so immediately.
Exhibitors, sponsors, and all staff at the venue are subject to the anti-harassment policy. Exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities or costumes, which in any way could create a sexualized environment.
If any participant engages in harassing behavior, any of the MarTech team (identified MarTech Staff name badges) or supporting staff may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference.
If you are being harassed, notice someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the MarTech team immediately. We will be more than happy to provide assistance in contacting the appropriate venue security or local law enforcement body, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.
We expect these rules to be adhered to at all of our conferences, workshops, and other conference related events.
