Greetings! We're thrilled to host you online, March 16-17, for MarTech. The information on this page will help you get the most out of your time with us. (Haven't registered yet? Get started here.)

You're all set to unlock a two-day training experience that will teach you how to connect with your changing customer and leverage marketing technology to streamline operations and boost revenue.

When is the event?

MarTech will take place online Tuesday, March 16 through Wednesday, March 17. Check out the agenda for specific start and ends times for each day.

Those times don’t work for me! Are sessions being recorded?

Yes! In fact, all sessions are pre-recorded and set to debut at scheduled times to prevent technical difficulties. The only parts of the program that will stream live are the community meetups, which take place Tuesday, March 16 at 5:10pm ET (these meetups are ONLY available live and will NOT be available on-demand).

Meetups aside, all sessions will be available for viewing on-demand immediately following their live broadcast. You'll be able to access both live and on-demand sessions through the agenda beginning on Tuesday, March 16.

How long will I be able to watch on-demand sessions?

On-demand sessions will be available for viewing until December 31, 2021. (Meetups will not be available on-demand.)

How do I log into the event?

Click here to log into MarTech using the email address you used to register for the event and the password you set up during registration. If you don't remember your password, click here to reset it.

How do I watch sessions?

On March 16, each session on the agenda will have its own "Watch Session" button. Click this button to begin watching a given session.

If you're watching live, you will be taken into a virtual lobby until the session is ready to begin. You will be automatically taken into the session room at its designated start time.

If you're watching on-demand -- or if you join a session after it has begun -- you will bypass the lobby and be taken directly into the session room.

Do multiple sessions run at the same time? What if I miss something?

Yes — in any given time block, up to five sessions will run concurrently. Choose the topics that interest you most to customize your training experience. See the agenda for full session details and times.

Don't worry about missing anything! All sessions will be available for viewing on-demand immediately following their live broadcast.

Can I create a personalized agenda?

Yes! Building your own agenda is fast and easy. Log into your MarTech account and follow the instructions at the top of the page. Once built, your personalized agenda will be accessible via the My MarTech link at the top of your screen (this link only displays when you are logged into MarTech).

You’ll be able to start watching sessions directly from your personalized agenda (or the main agenda if you prefer) when they’re ready to air. Visit the main agenda to see a complete list of sessions, speakers, and sponsors.

Can I get a copy of the PowerPoint presentation?

In most cases, yes! Be sure to check out the "Dig Deeper" section in each session room to download a PDF version of the presentation (if available) and any other resources the speakers may offer.

Sponsored sessions also feature "Book A Demo" and "Email Us" buttons within their session console -- if you're interested in connecting further with that speaker.

Can I ask the speaker questions during the presentation?

Of course! All sessions are pre-recorded, and in most cases, the speaker will be present during the initial broadcast to answer questions live via the chatbox located below the video player. So if you have any questions during the presentation, enter them there. If a speaker is unable to join us live, he or she will receive a copy of your questions and follow up with you via email after the event.

Please note: This chatbox will not be enabled during on-demand viewing. If you want to follow up privately with a speaker, click the Email Us button within the session room.

How can I connect with fellow attendees?

Be sure to try out MarTech Connect, our serendipitous 1:1 networking tool! It's fast, easy, and fun. Here's how it works:

  • Visit your My MarTech page.

  • Beginning at 11:00am ET on March 16, a button will appear on the right side of your My MarTech page that will allow you to enter MarTech Connect.

  • Once you enter, ensure your microphone and camera are enabled.

  • MarTech Connect will automatically pair you with a fellow live attendee, no appointment needed.

  • Introduce yourself, talk shop, trade ideas, and swap contact info in three minutes or less.

  • At the end of three minutes, you’ll automatically be paired with another attendee.

  • Don’t have much to say? Click the skip button to be paired with someone else.

  • MarTech Connect will be available during show hours Tuesday and Wednesday, March 16-17 (see the agenda for complete show times).

  • For the greatest chance of meeting the most people, check out MarTech Connect during its dedicated timeslots: Tuesday, March 16 from 5:10pm – 5:40pm ET and Wednesday, March 17 from 4:15pm – 4:45pm ET.

What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?

Try refreshing your browser. Ensure your speakers/computer audio is activated. If you’re hearing an echo, ensure that you don’t have multiple instances of the same session open.

If you find a slide hard to read, we recommend you increase the screen size. To do this, you can either click the Full-Screen button on the video player (please note: this will hide the chatbox) or try modifying your screen zoom by clicking COMMAND and the – key (Mac) or CTRL and the – key (Windows).

The video keeps cutting out. How can I fix it?

You’re likely experiencing a bandwidth issue -- use a hardwired Internet connection if possible. If the issues persist, use the chatbox below the video player (or email and we’ll do our best to assist you.
