MarTech Master Classes are four-hour programs that will take place online Tuesday, June 7 from 12:00pm - 4:00pm ET. Master Classes are LIVE and run concurrently (a.k.a. at the same time).
Yes! All Master Classes will be recorded in their entirety and available for replay after their live debut.
Master Class recordings will be available for replay until August 5, 2022 (60 days after the event). Recordings will NOT be available for replay after this date.
No -- the $149 Master Class pass gets you access to ONE Master Class. However, you are able to purchase multiple Master Classes and we encourage you to do so! You'll unlock 15% off total registration when you buy more than one, and enjoy a comprehensive cross-training experience to boot!
If your purchase more than one Master Class, you will have to choose one to watch live and watch the rest later. Remember -- replay access is available through August 5, so you'll have plenty of time to catch up with anything you miss -- and rewatch it all for deeper learning.

On June 7, you will be able to access your Master Class on your My Master Classes page.
Yes! All Master Classes are 100% live, and you can ask your instructor questions at any time by using the Chat tab to the right of the video window. Instructors may answer questions right away or hold them for designated Q&A sections of their Master Class curriculum.
In most cases, yes! Be sure to check out the Dig Deeper tab to the right of the video window to download a PDF version of the presentation (if available) and any other valuable training resources your instructor may offer.
In the unlikely event that your live stream isn't working, try these handy troubleshooting tips:
Refresh your page; this is often the simplest solution to jumpstarting a live video that’s successfully streaming for everyone else.
Some browsers have a feature that prevents videos from autoplaying. Press the play button on the video player to begin the presentation.
Ensure that any popup blockers or privacy settings that could prevent a video from playing are disabled.
Ensure your browser of choice is up-to-date. If it’s not, install the necessary updates and refresh your page.
Ensure that the computer you’re on isn’t behind a company firewall or other technical obstacle that would prevent a video from playing. (This could also prevent you from seeing the chat!)
Keep an eye on the Chat tab… if there is a technical error on our end, a member of the MarTech team will let you know ASAP.
Master Classes will stream in all major browsers, but we tend to find that Chrome users have optimal experiences.
This maybe be due to your browsers' settings (many now have features that prevent audio from auto-playing). Hover over the video window to access and adjust the volume controls. If this does not work, please check the sound preferences on your computer, including the sound output settings.
You likely have two instances of the Master Class open in your browser. Close one to eliminate the echo.
While we do not currently offer this feature, if you’re using Chrome, you can enable their caption feature. Click here to learn more about setting this up for your browser.
Yes! Attending your Master Class unlocks a personalized Certificate of Completion and a nifty digital badge -- perfect for sharing on social after the event. Your certificate will be emailed to you within one week of the event. Use your certificate to demonstrate your commitment to continued training, validate registration fees, and showcase your involvement with the search marketing community.
Certificates are issued the day after Master Classes conclude. If you complete your Master Class after June 8, just email reg@thirddoormedia.atlassian.net.
