When is the event?

MarTech will take place online Wednesday and Thursday, September 28-29. Check out the agenda for specific start and ends times for each day.

Those times don’t work for me! Are sessions being recorded?

Yes! In fact, all sessions are pre-recorded and set to debut at scheduled times to prevent technical difficulties.

All sessions and keynotes will be available for viewing on-demand immediately following their live broadcast. You'll be able to access both live and on-demand sessions through the agenda beginning on Tuesday, September 28.

How long will I be able to watch on-demand sessions?

On-demand sessions will be available for viewing until December 31, 2022.

How do I log into the event?

Click here to log into MarTech using the email address you used to register for the event and the password you set up during registration. If you don't remember your password, click here to reset it.

How do I watch sessions?

On the mornings of September 28 and 29, each session on the agenda will have its own "Watch Session" button. Click this button to begin watching a given session.

If you're watching live, you will be taken into a virtual lobby until the session is ready to begin. You will be automatically taken into the session room at its designated start time.

If you're watching on-demand -- or if you join a session after it has begun -- you will bypass the lobby and be taken directly into the session room.

Do multiple sessions run at the same time? What if I miss something?

Yes — in any given time block, up to five sessions will run concurrently. Choose the topics that interest you most to customize your MarTech experience. See the agenda for full session details and times.

Don't worry about missing anything! All sessions will be available for viewing on-demand immediately following their live broadcast.

Can I create a personalized agenda?

Yes! As soon as the agenda is live (late August 2022), you will be able to create a personalized agenda. Stay tuned for more instructions!

Building your own agenda is fast and easy. Log into your MarTech account and follow the instructions at the top of the page. Once built, your personalized agenda will be accessible via the My MarTech link at the top of your screen (this link only displays when you are logged into MarTech).

You’ll be able to start watching sessions directly from your personalized agenda (or the main agenda if you prefer) when they’re ready to air. Visit the main agenda to see a complete list of sessions, speakers, and sponsors.

Can I get a copy of the PowerPoint presentation?

In most cases, yes! Be sure to check out the "Dig Deeper" tab in each session room to download a PDF version of the presentation (if available) and other valuable resources, including ebooks, additional articles, and more.

Can I ask the speaker questions during the presentation?

While we don't offer a live chat experience with this event, each session room features speaker information, including Twitter profile links. Feel free to reach out to our speakers on social media to connect and learn more!

What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?

In the unlikely event that the video isn’t working, try these handy troubleshooting tips:

  • Refresh your page; this is often the simplest solution to jumpstarting a video that’s successfully working for everyone else.

  • Ensure that you disable any popup blockers or privacy settings that could prevent a video from playing.

  • Ensure your browser of choice is up-to-date. If it’s not, install the necessary updates and refresh your page.

  • Ensure that the computer you’re on isn’t behind a company firewall or other technical obstacle that would prevent a video from playing.

  • MarTech will stream in all major browsers, but we tend to find that Chrome users have optimal experiences.

  • If you find a slide hard to read, we recommend you increase the screen size. To do this, you can either click the Full-Screen button on the video player or try modifying your screen zoom by clicking COMMAND and the (-) key on Mac or CTRL and the (–) key on Windows.

The video keeps cutting out. How can I fix it?

You’re likely experiencing a bandwidth issue -- use a hardwired Internet connection if possible.

The video is playing but I can’t hear anything… what do I do?

This may be due to your browser's settings (many now have features that prevent audio from auto-playing). Click the mute overlay if you see one -- or hover over the video window to access and adjust the volume controls. If this does not work, please check the sound preferences on your computer, including the sound output settings.

Are transcripts or captions available for presentations?

While we do not currently offer this feature, if you’re using Chrome, you can enable their caption featureClick here to learn more about setting this up for your browser.
