Co-Founder and VP of Product Management, Zylotech
Iqbal Kaur has 20 years of predictive analytics leadership for multi-billion dollar companies in retail, CPG, financial services, and technology industries. As Co-founder and Chief of Customer Success at Zylotech, Iqbal is responsible for Product Management, Client Solutioning and works closely with customers to enable them to capture success from Zylotech platform.
Iqbal has brought innovation in analytics to several clients including the world's largest brewer, both the second largest general merchandise and home improvement retailers in the US and a large investment services company, among others.
Most recently as the Head of Analytics at Lowe's India, Iqbal developed an analytics roadmap that delivered a common perspective of analytic needs, capabilities and execution approach. She also set up and managed the offshore analytics center for the India operations.
As Vice President of Analytics at Genpact, Iqbal developed retail analytics solutions across assortment, pricing and promotion optimization, multichannel marketing and supply chain. She led the Solutioning efforts and closed multiple accounts ranging including a sports shoe & apparel manufacturer & retailer and a company with a diverse portfolio of parks, resorts, media networks & studios.
As the Director of Analytics at Target, Iqbal ran the enterprise analytics department while overseeing a 550-person team. Iqbal also developed the company's 5-year BI and Analytics strategy roadmap for its key verticals.
Iqbal received her MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management and her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Delhi University. She is both a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Green Belt Trainer.
